What will you learn? 

The current student experience for making an application to a college and figuring out what course to take is slow, ineffective and not fit for purpose. We flip this problem on its head by enabling students to get all the knowledge they need at their fingertips so that they can make better decisions faster.

You will have unrivalled access to 1-on-1 sales coaching and be taught effective sales techniques to prepare you for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake regular coaching under the guidance of one of the existing Directors
  • This person will act as your mentor and guide you through your initial onboarding process as you level up
  • You’ll undertake expert sales training, have exposure to awesome clients, and have the occasional opportunity to travel
  • Your key metric will be revenue growth and number of new clients closed per month
  • You will be expected to create and implement your own annual sales plan to help us grow towards our Series A funding round
  • You will create a predictable funnel of new business leads you will develop sales development qualification processes
  • Additionally, you will be qualifying leads, researching clients and booking meetings with qualified prospects
  • You will conduct online product demonstrations to stakeholders (between 1 and 4 people per client)
  • You will manage your own pipeline of prospects in the Salesforce CRM is critical to giving our auditors and investors an idea of how well we are doing
  • Finally, you will learn and utilise some of the markets best sales automation tools to scale your own capabilities
